When asked about the chances of Reina returning to Anfield, Rodgers said: "He’s already written his (goodbye) letter hasn't he? I was surprised at the letter when you are a loan player so I would suspect that he should come back."
It appears Reina and Rodgers still aren't on great teams, and the 32 year old 'keeper tweeted today, in a somewhat cryptic manner, about the situation at his old club today.
Reina said he remains a fan of the club, and he now hopes to see "the old Liverpool come back."
