We're all aware of the insane amounts of pressure on managers at the highest level.

And the stress all got too much for Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti who had to have himself a ciggy in the early stages of his side's 4-1 victory over Espanyol this evening. Ancelotti knew that Real needed a win, as well as a favour from their city rivals Atletico Madrid against Barcelona, to have any hope of taking home the La Liga title next week.
