A Premier League club have been hit with a virus outbreak leaving several first team players unavailable ahead of their Saturday clash.
Already struggling with several injuries, the club have been limited further by the virus.
With seven games lined up today, it promises to be a day of excitement and action-packed football.
However, Wolves boss Gary O'Neil has revealed that a number of his first team players may not be fit to start due to a virus and that academy defender, Alfie Pond could be in line to play.
Daniel Bentley was ill last week and now several of his Wolves teammates are doubts for the welcoming of Arne Slot's side.
O'Neil spoke on the illness outbreak, stating: "There is quite a bit of illness at the moment, there are a few who will need a check on how they are feeling,"
"Quite a few missed training today [Friday].
"Some of the lads will struggle for tomorrow, whether they don't quite make it or are not fit enough to start. Sometimes it can clear up in 24 hours.
"We are hopeful that all of the guys who have had something over the last couple of days will be fine. But, as the doctors told me, at this stage it's difficult to give a definitive answer."
