The Premier League is back for another week of exciting action, headlined by the Tyne-Wear derby between Sunderland and Newcastle on Sunday.
The two North-East based outfits have not met in the Premier League since the Black Cats' relegation in 2017.
In the eight years since, Newcastle may have been taken over by a Saudi Arabian investment fund, and won a major trophy, but it is their bitter rivals who go into the match as favourites.
Sunderland are still ninth in the table, after overcoming great odds to defeat the likes of Chelsea this season, and became the only team outside of Liverpool, Chelsea, and Aston Villa to force Arsenal to drop points this season.
Also this weekend, Liverpool return to action as they face Brighton at Anfield.
Discourse surrounding the game will be dominated by the potential return of Mo Salah, who has been out of the team since a public fall-out with Arne Slot last Saturday.
