Keane reckons that the Swedish free agent, against whom the Republic of Ireland will play at Euro 2016, would be the ideal signing for United on a single-year contract. “I think he would be a good signing on a one-year deal,” Keane told ITV Sport last weekend. “He is a big player, a big character. “I have said that United have been lacking a few characters and he would be a good fit there.”
