Sean Maguire scores an absolute stunner for Preston again

We hope not. We hope the Danish defenders do their homework on Shane Long and Jon Walters and can't past the test that Sean Maguire slaps in front of them in the World Cup qualifiers. The 23-year-old was kept well entertained during his brief spell on the sidelines. This afternoon, Maguire was back in action for Preston and up against Brentford. Having already scored three goals and provided three assists in his 10 Championship starts, PNE boss Alex Neil had no hesitation in getting the forward back in his starting XI. Once again, Maguire was livewire up front. He kept the Brentford defence honest and picked up a yellow card for an early foul. He teed up Callum Robinson for a pop at goal and, after Preston fell 1-0 behind, headed over from a cross. Heading into half-time, though, and Robinson repaid the favour to the Ireland international. He found Maguire in on the halfway line and the striker did the rest.
