Spot the mistake? Probably not.
Fortunately, several eagle-eyed Twitter users did spot it, and soon pointed out that it failed to show who would be United's captain for the day - hardly a surprise given how many times the United captaincy has changed in recent weeks.

Their second tweet confirmed that Rooney would indeed be United's skipper for the game, and was met with numerous replies pointing out the error in the first tweet. Possibly because of the replies (but possibly not), the second tweet was also swiftly deleted.
Within seconds of the third and final version tweet landing, people were queuing up to remind the person running the account of their (relatively insignificant) mistake.
