Vine: The Kop gives Luis Suarez goose-bump inducing welcome back to Anfield

We think they were happy to see him again.

Steven Gerrard's XI drew with Jamie Carragher's side at an Anfield fundraising match this afternoon and many familiar faces were back on their old stomping ground. One of the warmest receptions was belted out to Luis Suarez, who left the Merseyside club for Barcelona last summer. The Kop welcomed the Uruguayan back like the prodigal footballer he is. At the end of the match it was a case of handshakes all-round as the legends, and lads who once played football for Liverpool, got together for some snaps.
