Transfers: Marc Wilson has a new club, Liverpool linked with loan move for Real Madrid attacker

Republic of Ireland defender Marc Wilson is getting a good move to a good club to work under a good manager.

The Aghagallon native hasn't made a secret of his frustrations at Stoke and a departure from the Britannia seems imminent. Still no sign of a left back though. (Liverpool Echo) Chelsea have obviously looked on at Manchester United's example of spending a fortune on a player they already had so they're looking to do the same by splashing £75m on Romelu Lukaku. (Express) Galatasaray meanwhile are mad after Marouane Fellaini. Get this, they've given up on Lucas Leiva so they're settling for United's midfielder - what a kick in the teeth for the Belgian. Reports in Turkey are claiming that the club are close to bringing Fellaini on board but it seems like bullshit considering he's started both the Community Shield and the first game of the Premier League.
