Well that's not something we can sling at Jamie Carragher and Paul Ince as the two ex England men pick what they feel is the ultimate Ireland XI. Five players are dead certs on the team, but the problem of where to fit Denis Irwin into any Irish side is the first major hurdle that the two lads come across.
