Nothing Lionel Messi does surprises us any more but we thought he might at least take a go or two before absolutely nailing this.

The Barcelona ace was putting his skills to the test for a Japanese TV programme by attempting to kick a football 60 feet in the air, over a beam, before controlling it on the other side and sending it back over the target and controlling once more. And the Argentina captain makes it look depressingly simple. Don't let the WAAAY too long build-up or grandiose music put you off. This is well worth the watch.
