The Catalans took on Espanyol in what turned out to be a pretty nasty affair on Wednesday night, and unsurprisingly, Messi proved once again that he is an actual footballing wizard by scoring a phenomenal goal. The Barcelona forward walloped home a sensational free kick from distance that flew over the goalkeeper, clipped the underside of the crossbar and bounced into the roof of the net.
