We're always fascinated by footage of the top coaches at work, mainly because it is so rare to see. But Bayern Munish are one of the more open clubs and we have seen clips of Pep Guardiola doing his thing a number of times now. Each time he displays a manic intensity that might be key to his teams being so good and he isn't shy about displaying his affection for his players either.
