Manchester City defeated Southampton 3-0 at St Mary's today in an action packed game. Yaya Toure opened the scoring before City were reduced to 10 players when Eliaquim Mangala was sent off for a robust challenge on Ireland striker Shane Long with 15 minutes remaining.
