Not knowing how to explain it any further, Dunphy used some saltier language to refer to Louis van Gaal after Manchester United's victory over Club Brugge in the Champions League. The RTÉ pundit called Van Gaal "a bullsh*tter" and burst into a fit of laughter as he insisted "he is, he is." Maloney attempted to clean up the mess by telling Dunphy that he shouldn't use that language even after the watershed but the controversial analyst stuck by his guns saying "it is after every watershed. Have you seen them comedians?"
