WATCH: Nasty forearm reduces Neymar’s face to bloody mess

Neymar had a bittersweet game for Brazil during their World Cup Qualifier against Bolivia on Thursday.

The Barca superstar may have scored one and set up two during his country's 5-0 hammering of the South American minnows, but he was forced to end his night early after suffering a nasty-looking facial injury. After finding himself in a one-on-one with Bolivian defender Yasmani Duk on the left wing. His effort at taking the defender on proved to be his last action in the game as he caught a stray forearm to the dome. Neymar immediately went down to the ground in a heap and when he lifted his head up it was visibly split and gushing a continuous stream of blood. He received some attention on the field for a few minutes before being substituted.
