Cooper told SportsJOE, last month, if his body is able he is willing to commit to another championship summer with Kerry.
We were not so sure about Sean Cavanagh, especially after we saw him join Twitter.

Surely he was paving the paving for a successful career as a GAA pundit. Surely?
According to Mickey Harte, Cavanagh is not going anywhere. The Tyrone boss has told reporters he expects the five-time All Star to be an integral part of his panel in 2017.
It is good news for fans of the Red Hand county and for those of us that did not wish for Cavanagh's final contribution as an inter-county player to be getting red-carded in the All-Ireland quarter final loss to Mayo.
Cooper was also shown a red card at the weekend [that explains the mixed news]. The Kerry legend was sent off in the closing stages of Dr Crokes' 1-15 to 0-15 SFC semi-final win over Dingle.
Crokes were outrageously cynical in the closing stages as they sought to protect their lead. Both Cooper and Fionn Fitzgerald were both sent off after they were flashed black cards to follow up on yellows they picked up earlier in the game.
It will be interesting to see if either Cooper and Fitzgerald escape bans for the upcoming final.

This would be disappointing! The All-Ireland first round draw has produced a blockbuster rematch of last years final as Donegal face Kerry.
