All-Ireland senior camogie finals: updates, team-news and talking points

It's the biggest day in the camogie calendar.

All eyes will be on Croke Park this afternoon for the triple-header of All-Ireland senior, intermediate and junior camogie finals. Keep up to date with all the action right here. The big one is an all-Munster clash as Waterford take on Cork while, in the grades below, it's Meath vs Derry and Clare vs Tipperary respectively. Having lost the last two finals, Cork are hot favourites to regain the O'Duffy Cup over Waterford, who are contesting their first senior final since 1945. The Déise have never won a senior camogie All-Ireland. But with Beth Carton on fire, and with Abbie Flynn and Annie Fitzgerald backing her up, they will go in with plenty of confidence today. Their manager is Sean Power, who managed the county to minor and under-21 hurling All-Irelands in recent years. Cork are deserving favourites however. Aishling Thompson's return to action has emboldened them in recent weeks, while their semi-final win over Galway may act as something as a watershed for this team. Matthew Twomey's side have loads of potential, and they have lots of pace through Saoirse McCarthy, Laura Hayes and Laura Treacy in particular.
