We reckon KeiVarae Russell actually could such is his athleticism.

The Notre Dame cornerback is on the comeback trail after missing all of last season due to suspension.

And while the only box jumps in the lives of most other suspended players would be leaping over pizza boxes on the way to the fridge for another beer, Russell was honing his skills.

The 5 ft 11in corner posted a preposterous box jump to his Instagram account last night and you'd guess that the height would be around the 5 ft mark which is pretty darn impressive.

We're not too sure about the post-jump dance though to be fair.
