The Donegal native, who reached the final of the lightweight double sculls alongside Lambe, celebrated her homecoming by winning the Donegal half marathon in a time of one hour 23 minutes and 40 seconds, according to Donegal Sports Hub.
All after last week "pulling like dogs" for 4,000 metres in the space of 24 hours. Exhausting to even think about it.
