Lewis Hamilton was refused entry into the Wimbledon final for a fairly ridiculous reason

Is there anywhere in the world more stuffy than the All-England club? Their all-white dress code is notoriously infuriating for the players at Wimbledon, even causing the perpetually laid back Roger Federer to raise his voice. And earlier in the women's championship, Canadian Eugenie Bouchard picked up a dress code violation because her blue bra strap was visible. It isn't just the players who need to toe the line, either. Lewis Hamilton was invited to sit in the royal box for yesterday's final between Federer and Novak Djokovic, but The Guardian is reporting that the F1 champion was turned away due to not meeting the sartorial expectations of wearing a jacket, tie and dress shoes.
