It might be possible that the coverage on Ross' phone was poor when he attempted to send the tweets earlier today, and he has just arrived back at a facility with a strong Wi-Fi connection.
It's possible that he attempted to schedule the tweets, and made a harmless, if slightly embarrassing and poorly timed, error.
It's also possible that he is speaking to us from the past, and has cracked time travel. If that's the case, this Twitter user has a (cruel) request for Ross.
