Andy Murray is nothing if not a realist.

He's been playing the best tennis of his career on clay, having won the BMW Open in Munich and Madrid Masters in the space of a few days. The Scot is looking to make it three on the spin as he came through his second round match at the Italian Open against Jeremy Chardy this afternoon and a couple of outlets may have gotten a little carried away with themselves. But Murray was quick to literally laugh off any suggestion that he is to take over from Rafael Nadal as "the King of Clay."
