VIDEO: Downing a beer midway through an ice hockey game doesn’t go down well with referees

Jake Anderson must have been bloody gasping.

The University of Virginia goaltender decided that he had earned himself a drink when his team stretched their lead to 7-0 over local rivals Virginia Commonwealth. Did he sip on some Powerade? Nope. Take a healthy gulp of water? Wrong! The referee took umbrage with Anderson's behaviour and ejected him from the game for unsportsmanlike conduct. What a dryballs!
