It's not often you see a bicycle kick in Aussie Rules, or any sport outside of soccer for that matter. I actually attempted it in a rugby match once, and we scored a try a few phases later, so it's certainly a tactic I endorse, regardless of the shape of the ball. Well Jeremy Cameron of the Greater Western Sydney Giants tried to improvise at the weekend, attempting an incredible overhead kick when standing with his back to goal, and the ball dropping from above. Unfortunately, he missed the target by a nose-hair, but did get second prize of a behind, picking up one point for his side. More of this, please.
