Yesterday's Paris-Roubaix was a true epic over the cobbles of northern France, but the race, which was won by veteran Aussie Mat Hayman, was marred by the latest incident involving one of the official race motorcycles.
Team Sky rider Elia Viviani was hurt when the moto collided with him on one of the race's many stretches of pavé.
The Italian was slowing to a halt at the back of a group which had been halted by a crash ahead when the motorbike failed to stop in time, sending the rider crashing into the barriers.
