Eddie Hearn has given fresh hope to a Croke Park bout for Katie Taylor.
The success of Taylor vs Serrano II proved that there is still a huge appetite for that match-up.
Taylor defeated Serrano for a second time in November, at the AT&T Stadium in Texas, in front of over 70,000 fans, with the fight broadcasted on Netflix.
There are few goals left for Taylor in boxing, after years of breaking records and smashing through glass ceilings.
However, a Croke Park fight remains the ultimate objective, albeit one that has appeared unlikely given the logistics.
However, Taylor's promoter Hearn has given new hope to a Dublin showdown for Taylor vs Serrano III, given the eyes that Netflix and Serrano's promoter Jake Paul bring to proceedings.
Hearn said: "I think now, with the size of the Serrano III fight coming off the back of the Netflix audience, the story, Jake Paul's involvement, there is a lot of money in that fight now—more money than ever before.
"We're not going to harp on about the costs of Croke Park, it is what it is. But there is a lot of revenue in that fight now which gives you the opportunity.
"There are two things which Katie Taylor wants. Croke Park and Las Vegas. So, really, in terms of ticking off the list for Katie Taylor, we're out of boxes really.
"Yes, because it's a bigger fight. People always say would you really do 70,000 or 80,000. I've always believed yes. Now, without a doubt it does.
"Serrano and Taylor could fight 10 times and every one would be a fight of the year. Maybe Mr Paul will get on a plane and come and see the Croke Park boys with me.
"We'll try to make history. I really want to deliver it for her because she is the most incredible individual.
"She is probably the greatest sportsperson I have worked with and I'd love to see it happen."
