Video: Andrei Arlovski and John Dodson show why Jackson’s MMA fighters are always injured

We're not too sure about this new wrestling drill that Andrei Arlovski is pioneering at Jackson's MMA.

The former UFC heavyweight champion uploaded a rather interesting video of himself and John Dodson having great craic during one of their training sessions. In the clip, the 6' 3", 240 lb Russian is seen swinging Dodson around by the arm and leg like a ragdoll and playfully dumping him on the mat. Arlovski showing his strength their against the flyweight contender who is 115 lbs lighter and over a foot shorter than him. Keep an eye out for Johnny American's cameo near the end of the clip.
