WWE Superstars hit back over Conor McGregor’s pro wrestling jibes

Conor McGregor enjoyed a busy weekend following a media conference call ahead of UFC 202. Asked if he was interested in making an appearance in the WWE, the Irish fighter was blunt in his response. "For the most part, those WWE guys are pussies, to be honest," McGregor said. Ouch. Not one to mince words, The Notorious then doubled down on his criticism of WWE, calling Brock Lesnar juiced to his eyeballs. (To his credit, he also called the McMahons and The Rock "dons".) Still, with UFC 202 airing the same weekend as WWE SummerSlam, it may just turn out to be a battle of the buy-rates.
