Lewis Hamilton looks in fine fettle as he prepares for the upcoming Formula One season.

The Mercedes driver posted a video of his fitness regime to Instagram and it's safe to say that we don't think we'd manage it. The reigning world champion doesn't look to be taking any days off as he whips himself into shape for the first race of the 2015 season this weekend. https://instagram.com/p/0DHMNJr0zO/?modal=true The workout includes pull-ups, skipping and hitting the heavybag which is a whole lot less appealing to us than lazing on the couch for the Australian Grand-Prix.
