Australians love nothing better than banter. Sometimes it is funny, other times it is not and most times it borders on offensive. That, along with providing a good chunk of Crowded House and Scott Michaelson [he played Brad in Neighbours], is what they are most famous for. This week, ahead of the World Cup final against New Zealand, the Aussies have started their own special tribute to outgoing AB's captain Richie McCaw.
