Stuart Lancaster's England are back on the training ground this morning after a Sunday of licking their wounds and avoiding as many forms of media as possible. The World Cup hosts are facing up to the very real prospect of exiting at the pool stages after their 28-25 loss to Wales, at Twickenham. While England were fuming - with themselves, mainly - after their defeat, the rest of the world seemed to revel in their failure. All Blacks hooker Keven Mealamu told press, on Sunday, that he and his teammates had been keep awake during their stay on the outskirts of Cardiff the night before. "We didn't mind at all," a broadly grinning Mealamu remarked.
