Former Munster nutritionist Dr Graeme Close [now with Everton FC] held nutrition sessions with the likes of O'Mahony and Conor Murray when they were academy players at the province and says both are great role models for others in the squad.
Like many of the Munster [and Lions] squad, his day would begin with a shake that usually includes porridge [or a handful of oats], fruit and yoghurt with some protein thrown in.
That's a great start but you can't go wrong with some bananas on toast afterwards.
