This is Robbie Henshaw now:
At a shade under 6-foot-4, Henshaw always had the frame to, as they say in Connacht, put some timber on.
However, as the great video shows, it takes a lot of time, effort and salmon to get to where the Ireland centre now finds himself.
Henshaw must consume 3,500-4,000 calories a day, five days a week, and never goes to far off the beaten track on his down days.
The video, for Aviva Health Insurance, also shows Henshaw revisit his old school, Marist College, Athlone, to 'get a pump on' with his former school-mates.
Impressive stuff.
