Sam Burgess came off the bench with 20 minutes to play of Bath's 25-6 win over Harlequins at The Rec. The hosts were leading 12-6 when the former rugby league star made an appearance. Irish scrum-half Peter Stringer was also sprung from the Bath bench in the second-half and linked up with Burgess for his first touch in union. What followed gives a glimpse of the talent England boss Stuart Lancaster will be eager to harness for next year's World Cup. The 26-year-old burst through two 'Quins defenders before looking for an offload. As the Vine poster commented (below), Burgess must have thought he was back in league and on the sixth tackle.
