Paul O'Connell's final Munster game at Thomond Park, in all likelihood, took place on Saturday. You'd think he would give us some kind of warning, so we would be properly prepared. A Munster supporter in the East Stand did the world a solid by whipping out their phone to capture footage of O'Connell receiving a guard of honour from his fellow players. Typical of the man, he then waited in the tunnel to applaud his colleagues as they left the pitch to rapturous applause. We all know what happened once the players returned to the home dressing room - a rousing rendition of Stand Up And Fight, led by O'Connell himself. After admitting that was "probably" his final game in the red jersey, at Thomond Park, O'Connell will hope to bow out from 14 seasons of provincial service with another Guinness PRO12 league title.
