On Saturday we brought you news that Bernard Jackman's Grenoble defeated the mighty Toulouse away from home to move up to fourth in the Top 14. The footage from their training session, below, may give an insight into their recent success. A member of the club's coaching staff uses foam sticks and exercise balls to flog and distract players under high balls.
