One of the most frustrating aspects of retirement for Stephen Ferris has been standing back and watching Ulster and Irish players lining up to try and beat records he set in the gym. Apart from being a combative, explosive blindside, who would have come in handy against Argentina last week, Ferris recorded some gym records that still stand for province and country. However, Ferris tells us that he did not always have it his own way.
