The biggest day of Kane Douglas' life was cut short when the Australia lock was forced off the Twickenham pitch after just 15 minutes of action. Douglas landed awkwardly when leaping high to claim a restart and the slow motion replays of the injury is not for the feint of heart. Dean Mumm replaced the former Leinster player in the Australia back row but it came as a massive blow for the Wallabies who were outbattled 34-17 on the day.
