As managers around Europe prepare for the new season, there's an awful lot of behind-the-scenes work to be done. Most sides' pre-season training got underway on Friday and in Andre Schubert's first pre-season in charge of Borussia Mönchengladbach, he's considering the candidates deserving of the captain's armband.
