According to Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim, Nani will be finalising a move to La Liga once his involvement in Euro 2016 with Portugal comes to a close.
Speaking to AMK Sport and translated by Marca, Yildirim claimed that Valencia are set to trigger Nani's release clause this summer.
"Nani will play for Valencia next season," said Yildirim.
The winger is believed to be a key target for new Valencia boss Pako Ayestaran as he aims to improve on a lacklustre season, one which saw Gary Neville appointed manager and sacked within five months.
