Why the big hold up?

As soon as the words ‘I am the Normal One’ left his mouth in reference to Jose Mourinho's "Special One" moniker, it seemed Jurgen Klopp had officially been accepted by Liverpool fans. The phrase might be the most famous thing he's uttered since becoming the club's manager and has inspired a plethora of merchandise including hats, scarves and t-shirts all branded with the quote emblazoned on them.
