Despite the fact that most pundits consider Liverpool legitimate title contenders this term, Neymar doesn't expect to see them in the top four come next May.
Neymar reiterated "no Liverpool" when pressed on the subject, suggesting that he doesn't rate Klopp's side as highly as others.
The Reds were drawn in a difficult group and will also face Napoli and Serbian champions Red Star Belgrade but Klopp is looking forward to the challenge ahead and particularly the meeting with Neymar.
"PSG are one of the most exciting teams in the world and I think their target is to win the Champions League so that will be two interesting matches," Klopp said after last week's draw.
"I am looking forward to watching PSG a bit more often, which is a very interesting project for sure over in France with Thomas Tuchel.
"Facing Neymar will be, for our Brazilian guys, like meeting a friend again and all that stuff. It’s a big challenge, but for all the others it is a big challenge to face us.
