"Relaxing and not thinking too much about things works for me.
"I know some fellas, like Gearoid Hegarty go all out and are big into sports psychology, and that's definitely working for him.
"I try to think not as much about anything. Caroline supports that, and she'll tell me I'm 100% right to do things my way.
"But once you have that approval of someone that you know knows exactly what you're thinking about. That just puts your mind at ease and lets you express yourself."
Currid has previously worked with All-Ireland winning teams in Tyrone (2008), Tipperary (2010) and Dublin (2011) while she also worked with Munster rugby and sportspeople like Paul O'Connell and 800m World Record Holder David Rudisha.
