Favourites Limerick started their All-Ireland SHC quarter-final against Dublin in dominant fashion at Croke Park.
And it got even worse for the Sky Blues when Chris Crummey was sent off for putting his elbow out to tackle Gearóid Hegarty as the Treaty man ran past him.
However, Dublin have rallied and went into half-time with a three-point lead.
In the red-card incident, the referee did not have much choice, but Hegarty did go down rather theatrically, and fans were accusing him of diving.
