Well, Small was at it again today as Ballymun Kickhams reached a Dublin Senior Final after an impressive 2-15 to 1-10 win over Kilmacud Crokes and Small was equally as impressive again.
The Dublin Under-21 scored five points in their eight-point win as both him and Dean Rock impressed.
His teammate netted a cool 1-6 also and people took notice of Small yet again.

His teammate and 2017 Player of the Year nominee James McCarthy has been equally as impressed when he told SportsJOE earlier in the week that he expects big things from Small:
“There’s only one Small now is what we keep saying up at the club slagging John.
"Look, Paddy has all the attributes, I know by him he’s really committed and he’d love to get down (to the Dublin seniors) and I definitely think he’s not far off he’s a brilliant player.”
