We thought David Bentley had it tough coming from his Premier League background to a dark and muddy Crossmaglen, but Aaron Kernan soon found the trade in the other direction just as demanding. The Armagh legend has been training with Sunderland and he soon learned that it wasn't all glitz and glam as he was put through his paces up in the north east of England.
