Katie Taylor’s next opponent confirmed for Canelo/Fielding card

Katie Taylor will see her 2018 out with a fight on one of the biggest cards of the year.

Taylor is set to defend her world titles against Eva Wahlstrom at Madison Square Garden on the Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez vs. Rocky Fielding card. The undefeated Bray lightweight will put her IBF and WBA lightweight titles on the line against fellow unbeaten fighter, Wahlstrom, in New York on December 15. Taylor has amassed a record of 11-0 since her professional debut in 2016 but her vastly more experienced opponent may well represent the toughest test of her career.
