There's as many as 18 county finals taking place across Ireland on Sunday between hurling and football.

So we've taken a look at some of the best social media postings ahead of the biggest day for clubs in 2015. And, well, some are funny, some involve animals, and most are just plain weird. In Carlow someone who looks suspiciously like Santa appears to be supporting Old Leighlin ahead of their county football final with Palatine in Netwatch Cullen Park on Sunday.

We're sure they will be hoping that their special supporter will 'deliver' the trophy tomorrow. In Offaly meanwhile, every man, woman and teddy bear in Edenderry is excited ahead of Sunday's county football final against county champions Rhode at 2.45pm in O'Connor Park in Tullamore.

In Wicklow, it seems that the pre-match interviews went down well with some partners of the respective St Patrick's Aughrim players ahead of their clash with Rathnew in Aughrim at 2.30pm.
