Limerick have regained their Munster SHC title this afternoon, with a 1-21 to 2-17 win over Cork at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
After the Rebels had led for the majority of the match, the Treaty finally took back the lead on 70 minutes, thanks to a lovely Peter Casey score.
However, there was still five minutes of extra-time to play and the game was tied once again, before Limerick took a late lead.
Cork had one last chance with a free in their own half - about five yards outside their own 45, into the wind - with goalkeeper Patrick Collins taking it.
Instead of sending it deep, he hit it short, and Cork passed it one more time before sending the sliotar towards the Limerick box.
But it mattered not as referee James Owens blew for full-time while it was in the air.
Needless to say, the Cork were very displeased and surrounded the man in the middle and his team of officials.
However, boss Ben O'Connor came over and made sure his men caused no further hassle.
